There aren’t that many reviews of JFK Moving Company online, but the ones that exist are almost unanimously positive. Clients are left satisfied with customer service (the owner calls instead of leaving automatic emails), careful and thorough packing, safety of items during transportation and quickness of the move.

The prices are reasonable, and the owner give an extremely transparent quote of the hourly cost. It also seems trust-worthy and helpful that the company sends several confirmation notices before the move.

The negative reviews are very few and tend to be way older than the positive ones, but for fair and informed decision-making clients should now that once this company struggled with organization while unloading and quickness while preparing for transportation.

Since almost all reviews of this company are positive, I decided to trust them with my move. It wasn’t perfect, and the move took way longer than expected, but I got my money refunded for that, and I appreciate that we were able to solve this issue. Despite this, the movers were careful and friendly, they handled my furniture with care.

A few days after my move the owner of JFK Moving called me to say that they accidentally overcharged me for thirty minutes, and they would like to return the money (which I didn’t even notice because of the moving). Class act.

The movers were great, they showed up on time and worked non-stop in order to fit in the schedule that we agreed on beforehand. The move was done in less than 10 hours, keeping in mind that I had a lot of belongings.
