I am very disappointed with their customer service and manager. Their manager was always absent when I called. A box of valuables was missing during the move. They ruined my value and spent an excessive amount of time taking things out of the house. In the end, they asked for tips, which I find unacceptable. I am disappointed with their actions, and I do not recommend using this company.
